Delivery Methods & Timing

At Telegift, not only are we dedicated to delivering to the best possible stipulated under your order, but understand as agents that we are given the responsibility to translate our gifts into your well wishes.

We strive to meet our goals with your every order and given that you provide the complete delivery details of your recipient(s) which includes the full address, phone numbers (preferably mobile no), and or any other special instruction that we should know, we would be able to achieve a higher success rate.
We are pleased to provide our delivery information below for your viewing:
Standard Delivery
a) Delivery Timing: Monday – Friday (9.30am – 6pm)
        Saturday (9.30am – 1.30pm)
b) Exclude public holidays, peak periods, Saturday after 1.30pm, and Sunday.
c) Morning Delivery 9.30am – 1pm, orders must be confirmed before 6pm on the previous working day.
    Orders received after working hours are processed on the following working day.
d) We do not guarantee morning deliveries for orders received and confirmed on the same morning.
e) Afternoon Delivery 2pm-6pm, orders must be received and confirmed before 12pm on the same working day.
f) We do not guarantee afternoon deliveries for orders confirmed on the same afternoon.
g) Kindly call our customer service agents should you would like to confirm delivery timing.
Special Delivery
a) Any deliveries required after business hours (9am-6pm) are subjected to a minimum surcharge of RM 50.00 or above.
b) In the event we are unable to deliver, we will request from you to deliver a day/hours before or after the stipulated date/time.
Outstation Delivery
a) By Courier Service – Nationwide Delivery
The following apply for per parcel and not per destination:
  • Peninsular Malaysia – Minimum RM30.00
  • East Malaysia (Air Freight) – Minimum RM100.00
  • No fresh flowers, fruits, and liquor allowed to East Malaysia.
  • Please allow a minimum of 3-7 working days for delivery.
b) By Telegift Delivery Service
Minimum delivery charge of RM20 to RM80 depending on distance and area. View to our delivery charge list for more information.
c) By Interflora
Fresh flowers & fruits only
Minimum delivery charge RM50. View our delivery charge list for available areas.
Peak Periods Delivery
a) Festive period deliveries (local or outstation) refer to the month before Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Deepavali, and Christmas.
b) During this period, please allow us 3-10 working days to deliver within Peninsular Malaysia.
c) Peak day deliveries are Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s / Father’s day.
d) Deliveries are made on a first come first serve basis therefore it is highly recommended to place your order early to avoid any delays.
Timed Events
a) Timed events refer to events whereby delivery is required to be made within a specific time and day. For example, funerals, wedding receptions, grand opening, functions, parties, and etc.
b) In the event gifts are for a timed event, we will do our best to meet the delivery time. We strongly recommend that you order at least 1 working day in advance and provide us with the start time and date for these events.
Delivery Disclaimer
a) We do not commit and guarantee to any fixed time delivery.
b) We will attempt delivery of the items once, any redelivery or redirect will incur a minimum charge of RM15.00.
c) Telegift reserves the right to reschedule delivery dates arising from calamity such as floods, heavy rains, and other natural disasters.
d) Telegift strives to ensure that your gifts are delivered on time to the right location. However, Telegift does not guarantee delivery to recipients directly in the following areas:
  • Army / Airforce / Naval Bases / Police Quarters
  • Government / Secure Buildings / Astro
  • MAS Buildings / Complex / Cargo
  • Secluded / Remote Areas
In the event that we are unable to deliver to the above areas, Telegift will either deliver to the person or location responsible (eg. Guardhouses, security counters, and receptions). However, given that the recipients’ mobile phone numbers are provided we will notify them or request the recipient to collect directly from our delivery team.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we hope for your kind understanding that accessibility to these areas and facilities are difficult and strict.

Delivery Charges

1. A delivery charge will levied , depending on the size and weight of the package for outstation deliveries.
2. For areas outside Free Delivery Zone, a minimum surcharge RM42.40 (Inclusive GST)
3. For deliveries to East Malaysia, gift will be send by air freight and minimum surcharge RM137.80(Incl.GST)
4. Upon confirmation of orders, a minimum of 3-10 working days is required for all outstation deliveries
within Peninsular & East Malaysia.
5. Please provide receipient’s contact number to ensure smooth deliveries

Delivery charge RM53.00 incl.GST will be levied on all Outstation floral arrangement.

* Upon confirmation of orders, a minimum of one working day is required for this delivery.
* Fresh floral and Fruit Basket arrangement will be different from TELEGIFT website pictures.
* Free Style Arrangement is to be arranged by appointed outstation FLORIST Shop.

Refund, Return, & Replacement Policies

Note: Orders approved starting 1st April 2015 will be subjected to 6% GST. No Cancellation and Refund is allowed .

Perishable Items

a) Fresh Flowers & Fruits

  • In the event that your ordered flowers arrives damaged, withered, or unsatisfactory, we advice that you either call our customer service immediately at our giftline: 03-7788 9999 or email us a digital photo of the items at to initiate a replacement.
  • Kindly note that once your order is in delivery (left our premises), the order is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

b) Foodstuff

  • We guarantee one month of freshness & quality for all foodstuff from the date of delivery.
  • If you have received foodstuff that are within 30 days of the expiry date, please inform our customer service at our giftline: 03-7788 9999 or email us at to initiate your replacement.

Non-perishable Items

  • In the event that the ordered item and or one of the items under a gift code is damaged / faulty / broken, you have 1 month from the date of delivery to return your order. Kindly contact our customer service at our giftline: 03-7788 9999 or email us at to commence your return.
  • Upon inspection and confirmation, if the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item for you free of charge.

Payment Method

We are using the ipay 88 online payment gateway to process all payments to us.

The gateway is able to accept payments by credit card and online transactions with major local banks.

For all payments, fill in your payment particulars at the payment form provided by the gateway and once approved your order will be received by us.

All Cheques / Money orders should be crossed and made payable to Telegift Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
